Children’s Access to Environmental Justice

Children and young people around the world are affected by environmental issues. Many are standing up and taking action to stop violations of their environmental rights and further climate breakdown. 

But what role do laws and policies play in protecting - or failing to protect - children when they speak up and seek justice? And what can we do to make sure laws and policies better serve and protect the environmental rights of children?

This project aims to share knowledge on children’s access to environmental justice and build relationships with those advocating for children’s environmental rights.
