Countries retaining laws prohibiting consensual same-sex acts
Half of the countries of the Commonwealth have legalised homophobia by criminalising consensual same sex acts. These laws support a culture of fear, stigmatisation and discrimination. They have not only ruined lives, they have cost lives.
